Policies

Payment at the time of services is expected. If this is not reasonable, please discuss this with us during your initial visit and we will work out an agreeable payment plan. Accounts that are overdue will be sent to a collection agency.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the entire fee for that session except for situations beyond the patient’s control (such as becoming ill). Do not assume that a lack of the courtesy 48 hour notification means that you have no appointment. You are responsible to know when your next scheduled appointments are. You can review your upcoming appointments in the patient portal (you will receive your patient portal invite before our first session).

In inclement weather, assume that Dr. Treece will be in the office. However if you do not feel safe to drive to your appointment you can cancel the appointment with no fees or else have the appointment via video (“telehealth”). In addition, if your dependent is ill and requires your attention, or if you are ill or concerned about becoming ill you can cancel, reschedule, or change the appointment to telehealth. Telehealth is typically done through laptops and a telehealth invite will be sent to you through the patient portal site.
